How to connect eSIM
To connect the new eSIM, the client should apply to one of the company's offices. You must have a device that supports eSIM with a full set of documents.

Before eSIM activation, the client should check that IMEI-code of the mobile device is registered. If it is not, IMEI-number can be deactivated after 30 days. Beeline bears no responsibility for the correct operation of the eSIM on an unregistered device.
ESIM activation
When connecting an eSIM, the client receives a form with a QR code to help the subscriber activate the plan on the mobile device. The eSIM can be connected both to the current number and to a new one.
Activation guidelines:
Apple devices: Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Rate and scan the provided QR.
Samsung devices: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add mobile tariff and scan the provided QR.
Huawei devices: Settings → Mobile communication → SIM card management → Select the desired SIM card slot → eSIM card and scan the provided QR.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
The provided QR makes it possible to reactivate the profile up to 10 times. If you lose or damage a form with a profile QR, it is necessary to replace eSIM. The replacement should be paid for according to the current price list for SIM card replacement.
You can reactivate your new eSIM profile by visiting one of our offices. To do this, make sure that the eSIM profile has been deleted on the previous device.

3. Is it possible to insert eSIM to another device?
If you have removed the eSIM from your device, you can download it to another device. To do this, use the same QR code. It can be used up to 10 times.
4. What should I do if the QR code is lost? I have used QR 10 times.

5. Do I need to register IMEI code when connecting eSIM?
