The validity of SMS Package is 30 days after activation.
After 30 days, unused MB are reset to zero if there is no re-activation.
To activate the Internet package, the subscriber's account must have an amount exceeding the cost of the package by UZS 250.
If the subscriber activates another package before the expiry of the first package, all provided MB are valid for 30 days from the date of the last package activation.
The fee is charged immediately at the time of purchase of the package.
Upon expiry of the included traffic or expiry in the package, MB are charged according to the established plans.
When purchasing a new package, the validity of the previously activated package is prolonged, MB are summarized.
When checking the unused traffic balance, the information is displayed in kilobytes.
There are no restrictions on the number of packet activations.
If the number is inactive or blocked, the validity of the last purchased package will not change.
The packages are valid in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By default, smartphones use the main internet traffic in the background for: system updates, application updates, synchronization of widget and social network data, as well as for analytics counters. If there is no main internet traffic available, the internet service becomes unavailable and traffic usage for YouTube is suspended until the subscriber has main internet traffic or sufficient balance.
YouTube GBs are consumed when using official applications and within a certain set of IP addresses. If the IP addresses are changed by the owners, as well as for traffic not belonging to YouTube (this category includes smartphone operating system traffic that appears when using applications), the traffic is deducted from the main internet package or balance according to your tariff plan.
YouTube GBs are not consumed when using applications that operate through proxy servers (including VPN).
